‍Sam, a knifemaker based in Glengariff creates these amazing tools with a refined and modern style. I got to hang around his workshop for a day, recording his process and talking to him about how he became the knifemaker he is today.

Sam is a true maker, focused on constant incremental improvements and fueled by a love for the evolution of his craft. It was such a pleasure to make this video with him and to get to see how these knives are made.
